Stonehurst Farm Safety Plan for use of Arenas Under COVID-19 all Levels
The health and Safety of Stonehurst Farm’s community is our priority. We will be following updates on COVID-19 and complying with the level guideline requirements and doing our part to keep the community healthy. We want to share the following actions and guidelines we’re taking to protect our clients and community riders when using our arenas.
Online Bookings for the Arenas
Please do not book the arenas if you have been unwell with flu-like symptoms or been in contact with someone who has been unwell.
- Please fill in all requirements in our online booking system. This is our record of tracking and tracing riders
- The Toilet will be available for use, please follow recommendations displayed
- Space out parking for horse trucks/floats in parking area
- If you are riding in the arena with another person remember to maintain a physical distance of 2 metres
- Provide your own hand sanitizer and use before entering the arena and again afterwards
- A Spray bottle of sanitizer for the gate latch will be provided
- Please return any jumps or poles to their original position before leaving the arena if you have shifted them during your booking time
- Remember to clean up your horses manure
- Keep your riding low risk and remain within your current abilities. Now is not the time to expose yourself to any risk that would put pressure on emergency services in case of an accident. Use your common sense and stay safe.
If you have any additional questions or suggestions, please contact us. Small actions can make a big difference when everyone helps out. Thanks for doing your part.
